Terms of Service

Effective September 25, 2026. These terms cover the client lead dashboard and lead alerts provided by Carter Fletcher (“Fletch SEO”) to its business clients.

The service

We operate local service websites and deliver the leads they generate to the business that rents each website. The dashboard shows those leads to the business. Access is by invitation only.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend access if an account is misused or when a rental ends.

SMS Terms: Fletch SEO Lead Alerts

Program: Fletch SEO Lead Alerts sends automated text messages to our business clients when their website receives a new lead. Each message contains a link to view the lead in the client’s dashboard.
How you opt in: by checking the consent box in your Fletch SEO dashboard (see the opt-in). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: varies with the number of leads your website receives.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out.
Help: reply HELP for help, or contact carterfletcherwork@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limits

The service is provided as is. We work to deliver every lead promptly but do not guarantee the number of leads or that every alert arrives. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
